Slow or Core I class
Slow- moves slowly and mindfully emphasizing the calming and meditative qualities of yoga.  

Core I- is a moderate paced class emphasizing core strengthening and overall stretching.

Locals 1st class is free!

Life can get out of hand with crazy schedules and endless to do lists.  It's easy to feel stressed and out of balance.

Yoga is the perfect antidote.

As soon as you walk down the path toward indyYoga you will start to unwind.  The welcoming space with radiant bamboo floors and a beautiful mountain view create an atmosphere for relaxation and renewal.  Our friendly and skilled instructors will guide you through a yoga practice that will release your stress, clear your mind and renew your spirit.

Community Supported Yoga  

indyYoga was born out of a collective desire for a dedicated space for yoga in our community.  Thank you to everyone who contributed to bringing our community yoga space to life!

Intro to Ashtanga Yoga

Learn the postures and sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series- a traditional style of yoga characterized by a moderate to vigorous flow of movements connected to the breath.
