Drop in on a
Slow, Chair or Core I class.
Slow- moves slowly and mindfully emphasizing the calming and meditative qualities of yoga.
Chair- moves slowly and mindfully with the support of the chair to stretch, strengthen and relax.
Core I- is a moderate paced class emphasizing core strengthening and overall stretching.
Locals 1st class is free!
Community Supported Yoga
indyYoga was born out of a collective desire for a dedicated space for yoga in our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed to bringing our community yoga space to life!
Namaste to all who come to class; members of the yoga mat club; artisans who bartered or discounted their services; volunteers; and dedicated instructors.
Together we created a community space for relaxation, peace, and well being.
