~Every day yoga for every day people~

Slow down, relax, and take a deep breath.

Life gets crazy sometimes with busy schedules, work and family responsibilities.  It's easy to feel out of balance and stressed out.

Yoga is the perfect antidote.

Yoga relieves stress, restores balance, and stretches and strengthens your body and mind.

~Retreat from your busy life~

As soon as you enter IndyYoga your mind and body will begin to unwind.  Mountain views, radiant floor, and abundant natural light will transport you to a place of relaxation and well being.  At IndyYoga, our skilled and friendly teachers will guide you through a practice that invites you to move mindfully, release tension, get centered, and feel at peace in your mind, body, and soul.
